We had a good hard day of work today and got a good amount done. Lot's
of weeding and some sheet mulching. Thank you again to the radical
volunteers who showed up today! We are postponing tomorrow's work day
until Sunday the 20th based on turnout today, and mother's day. Sunday
volunteers partake in hands on experience with soil remediation and
fertilizing, cardboard sheet mulching, efficient garden infrastructure
installation and if all that goes well . . . planting! We may need some
folks earlier in the week to help pick up loads of much in preparation,
more on that soon.
If you folks get your hands on some large cardboard, please let us know or bring it!
